入学步骤
Students must 应用 and be accepted into CSI before 应用ing to the 兽医技术 program.
秋季学期1月1日开始入学。 申请按先到先到的原则进行评估。
要申请兽医技术课程，学生必须：
Potential students are required to complete 16 hours of observation with a veterinarian at any clinic of the student's choice. 在这段时间里，没有特定的文书工作或议程必须完成。 这些课程的目的是让学生了解该专业涉及的内容。
完成一个 兽医技术专业应用。 目前提交申请有3种选择。 这些包括:
- 在线申请: Applicants can complete the application and directly upload required documents such as transcripts, essay, letters of reference, etc. 这种方法是首选的。
- 邮寄申请: Print the application, complete, and submit along with other required documents (transcripts, 推荐信, etc.). 邮寄地址在申请表上。
- 电邮申请: 打印申请表并填写。 Scan the application, along with other required documents (transcripts, 推荐信, etc.). 电邮申请至rockett@csi.edu。
- 除了一般的联系信息外，该申请还需要一篇500字的文章和申请人完成16小时观察的地点的联系信息。
- 获得 三封推荐信。 通常的参考来源是老师、顾问、同事、教练等。 该项目强烈反对家庭成员的推荐信。
- 提交非正式成绩单。 学生应提交高中和大学成绩单。
提交SAT或ACT成绩。
Students who have passed MATH 143 and ENGL 101 may submit unofficial transcripts in lieu of placement scores.
