Any request containing more than 100 pages, pursuant to Idaho Code § 74-102(10)(b)(i), can be charged $0.10 per page. If the response to a request includes records from which nonpublic information must be deleted, then pursuant to Idaho Code § 74-102(10)(b)(ii), the requestor can be charged for the actual labor cost associated with redacting the nonpublic information from the records.
