1. Improve the immediate “go on” to college rate from Jerome High School from 41% to 50%.

These objectives will be met over a five-year period of time by partnering with Jerome High School and the 狂热的程序 to increase the number of students from Jerome High School who continue on to pursue higher education. Additionally, CSI has created a 西班牙语遗产讲者计划 for students with developed Spanish language skills and will provide ongoing professional development opportunities for faculty and staff in the areas of cultural responsive pedagogy.
